Guardians
The organization that the protagonist of PSU, Ethan Waber, belongs to.
It is an interplanetary private bodyguard organization established to protect clients from various threats, such as dangerous primitive creatures and criminals. There is a formal police force in the Gurhal Solar System, however it cannot cover all of the solar system sufficiently. Because of this, the Guardians are known all across the solar system. They have law enforcement authority when carrying out official missions and when acting as bodyguards at the request of regular citizens.

AMF
The "Allied Military Forces" army was created by the Alliance Treaty.
One hundred years ago, when the last great war ended, this army created a policy of restraint across the three planets. Their name was abbreviated as "AMF".

Endrum Collective
The Endrum Collective is a special ops force affiliated with the AMF.

Communion of Gurhal
The Communion of Gurhal is the theocratical government of Neudaiz.
As a religious group, the Communion of Gurhal is responsible for Gurhal doctrine, and organizing religious festivals and ceremonies. In addition, it governs the theocracy of Neudaiz.
Within the Communion, the four members known as the Lords of the Planetary Spirit are each responsible for certain policy areas - religious affairs, governmental affairs, literary affairs, and defense. These four people are in turn led by the Head of the Planetary Spirit.
Furthermore, the Communion calls Photon the Planetary Spirit, and honors this planetary spirit daily, basing their doctrine on their gratitude for its existance. The main adherents to the Communion are the Newmans living on Neudaiz, but there are numerous Human and Beast believers all across the solar system.

Although not an organized group as such, the various ruffians around the Gurhal Solar System are known as the Rogues.
In the satellite belt of the planet Moatoob (the asteroids surrounding the planet), there are many areas that are dangerous for ships and the judicial authorities can be loose at times, too. As a result, there are many Rogues who have made this asteroid belt their base of operations. Their activities include piracy, smuggling and the operation of casinos.
Among the Rogues, there are several large powers known as 'Families'. As such, there are always quarrels over power.
