Deletions

Hee-hee. You're sure doing a lot of deleting today. --Amaury 22:43, 13 June 2008 (CDT)

  • Yeah. Just checked Special:Lonelypages and found out there was still quite some old stuff around here that noone ever bothered to clean up. >_<; - Tycho 22:45, 13 June 2008 (CDT)

EspioKaos for SysOp

  • Simple enough. Requesting that EK be made a SysOp. Haven't seen you in a while so am leaving the note here. - Miraglyth 01:25, 19 August 2007 (BST)
    • I'll second that, not sure if my opinion carries weight as a non-SysOp but I'll second it anyway! --Beatrixkiddo 06:20, 19 August 2007 (BST)
  • Already in the works. I have it on good authority that some fun stuff is going to happen when Tycho gets back from vacation. --Qwerty 08:07, 20 August 2007 (BST)
  • Done!~ By the way, if you wanted to add wiki plugins or the like, just give me a shout. - Tycho 00:07, 26 August 2007 (BST)
  • Thanks for the support, guys! And thanks, Tycho, for the promotion!  :D EspioKaos 23:58, 25 August 2007 (BST)

Empty User: article

  • Tycho put something on your page its naked!! --HitomiCHAN 14:34, 27 December 2006 (CST)
  • Yeah, I should, but I'm lazy. ;-;
More over, I'd rather get my PSU chara to 90 first rather than to keep changing the number on the page. :p - Tycho 14:45, 27 December 2006 (CST)

Yo

Hey Tychbro, I really can't contribute to the site consistently so I think you should de-sysop me. Also, Ahzi quit the project so you're really the only person here that I can work with that is cool/isn't an internet nerd. Don't hesitate to get another sysop to replace me. Asim 11:45, 17 December 2006 (PST)

  • Alright, I understand. If you were to change your mind again, feel free to come back. Was nice to have you here. D: - Tycho 16:21, 17 December 2006 (PST)
  • Good riddance, former BB-beta fwend - do hit me up if you ever decide to not be a retard again. I fear I might be waiting a while though, ahahaha. Mewn 02:58, 18 December 2006 (PST)

Hello

  • Just wondering what I could do to help out the site. Just give me a singular specific task :) Oh and do check out my user talk page, I've been trying to come up with a complete drop/exp database. --Dark Dajin 15:31, 27 December 2006 (CST)
  • Seen your user page, heh. Recently I've copied [1] and [2] from the guide; still needs to be wikified. They're terribly unclear still, but I've mostly been busy trying to level up. At 42 in a few days, but now it's going quite slowly. ;-; - Tycho 07:50, 28 December 2006 (CST)

Seireiun Script

  • heya tycho. i dunno if ur the right person to ask about this ^^. i want to include psupedia's photon fortune stat (http://psupedia.info/extensions/PhotonFortune/LuckToday.html) into my upcoming page and so i wanna askif i can do so i also checked out the jp source but i would ask first before iam going to write a parser for myself ;). is there a central script for the pf? (i tried to translate the jp pages with babelfish) - Mallowd
  • I dropped Hitomi a note; he's the one that made it. His initial reaction's positive (said he was gonna tweak it a bit more to make it more user-friendly), so I take it he'll get back at you on this. Good luck. ;o - Tycho 15:53, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
  • Thank you Tycho :D
  • anything new yet?
  • May I ask what page you wish to include it on? --HitomiCHAN 15:13, 13 April 2007 (BST)
  • Speaking of the seireiun script, it hasn't been working right lately, far as I can tell. The main page's luck box thinger hasn't been updating like it used to, at least. I'm sure you've all noticed it too, any ideas on what's going on? --Qwerty 06:06, 15 April 2007 (BST)
  • It's a problem with how the wiki parses outside files, it doesn't do it on-the-fly but caches it, unless the/a page is edited. I've done some looking into ways to get the luck to be written straight to the wiki's database, but no positives so far. Last move would be to completely turn off the wiki's cache for database calls, and use its XML parser on the fly, but that pushes CPU usage to 20-35% at times. --HitomiCHAN 16:15, 15 April 2007 (BST)
  • Hah, funny it's being picked up on now. It'd been annoying me for the past few weeks now and with Hitmonchan moving to focus on PSUtopia I figured it'd never get fixed and made preparations to revert to our old semi-manual system :P - Miraglyth 17:57, 15 April 2007 (BST)

Graphics and Icon Redesigns

Heya, I'd like to offer my services for some redesigns of logos and symbols that are on the site (site logo, GRM symbol, etc.). This way, by doing a recreation, it helps to avoid any copyright issues. It's something I've done before while at Wikipedia and other locales (for example, I was the one who designed the WP Anime and Manga project's BarnSakura), so I'm very comfortable with doing so. If this is okay for you, please let me know. Thanks.--Shinzakura 03:47, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

  • I don't think, practically, there will be much fuss over copyright issues, but I saw your GRM logo and it's very good. Any help you can provide is welcome (the site logo in particular is in major need of an overhaul), I'm sure Tycho will say the same. Mewn 19:51, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
  • I second what Mewn has said. Any help is welcome, though there is practically zero chance that SEGA would bother to care about usage of offical artwork/logos. --Qwerty 22:14, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
    • Not true. While SOJ might not care, SOA has a spotty record when it comes to it and other branches of Sega have been known to sue people out of their own regions over stuff like that. Besides, it's always good to be on the safe side. As for an idea for a logo, let me bop up an idea and I'll show you guys a tad bit later on.--Shinzakura 23:43, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

I have it here at User:Shinzakura/Sandbox. Please let me know if this works and I can tweak or prepare a finalized version as necessary. Thanks.--Shinzakura 21:18, 11 March 2007 (UTC)

(LegendxMakaveli)

Do you mind if I use your pic of your character because he looks like my character. -(LegendxMakaveli)14:38, 23 April 2008

This is (LegendxMakaveli) and I do not understand why you banded me you could not have jest told me to stop whatever I did I would have stoped. It will be great if you could explain yourself and un band me. p.s. What is nazi mod? -User:jk10:41, 28 April 2008

  • #1 You need to learn English. Furthermore, you've already been blocked multiple times (various "LegendX" or "NWA" accounts), and bypassing a ban is reason for another one. You didn't actually contribute anything, except making a user page (for the demo version no less; no one cares about your demo characters that get deleted every month anyway). And you just took Tycho's picture without waiting for him to respond. So yeah, I'm going to block you again on this account. If another staff member feels this is undeserved, then you can take this up with them. Otherwise, don't come back until you've improved your attitude and your English, and have started to play a real version of PSU. --Qwerty 13:44, 28 April 2008 (CDT)
  • If you want to read more on my reasoning, it's here. - Tycho 00:09, 29 April 2008 (CDT)

Pictures of stuff

So about that time you uploaded all those pictures of PS0 weapons. I was sort of thinking at the time it would have been good to mark them somehow (ala Mewn with PSP). Same with the enemies for PSP come to think of it (although that one at least sorta matches up). I noticed you caught some, but there seem to still be some remnants left behind. I don't think I've uploaded anything myself, but doesn't it mention if there's a conflict? --S-T-H 08:06, 9 February 2009 (CST)

  • I put up pics of weapons too? I totally forgot. >_>
I remember uploading pics for all the monsters at the time at least (I bloody hope that was after I completed those.. no? shit). I never really bothered to try and mod stuff after the trial version though, so the main reason I never finished it up was just because I didn't feel like bothering too much as long as I had an incomplete collection. Anyway, like you said, normally it should say so for conflicts.
Er, I'll try to come up with something soonish. D: - Tycho 20:42, 3 March 2009 (CST)
