Net Cash cards replace other credit cards, and foreigners (living outside Japan) must buy this if they wish to play on the JP servers; SIGN will not accept foreign credit cards. Those in Japan can simply use a major credit card or phone card to play on the servers. These card's cost value can range from 1,000 yen to 3,000 to even 5,000.
