Some random thoughts:

  • New priority: ItemTypes
  • Photon Arts Raw Data is my priority for editing, I'd like to get the in-game descriptions as part of the table.. or maybe a separate page for each Photon Art?
  • If I stop being lazy and/or have the time to do so, I'd really like to develop maps, but the only way I can think of doing that is by manually screen capturing every part of the map. I wonder if something like this has already been done before. Originally, I was tabulating a ton of information about NPC shops and synthesis, then I found this place, and I realized I did a lot of painful work that was already finished.
  • User pages can be modified by anyone, maybe it'd be a good idea to lock modification of user pages to the user only by setting permissions?
    • As for the PA descriptions, please go ahead. No need to feel restrained just because you're the first to find some way of improving things. As for the user pages, that might be kinda tricky. I do not know if it's possible to restrict them using a filter that only allows their 'owner', but regardless, I do not think disruptive behaviour by contributors should be much of an issue. Perhaps Sega representatives on the official forums cannot afford to seriously deal with things like that, but here it'll probably be fine. Regarding the maps.. the Japanese guides already have this for offline mode at least, but these haven't been scanned/posted yet. As for online mode, the first thing you should know is that there are about three map patterns for each Mission. I don't know if there's an easy way to obtain these; I doubt Broom or whoever have been able to decrypt Mission files or play Network mode offline (cheating tools can be used to instantly reveal maps; most likely online as well). On a sidenote, the 'unaccessible' areas that can be seen on the maps of some Missions really are restricted, in the sense that even when using 'reveal map', these areas are still 'unfinished'. .. I just realized that this site has a couple of maps for online, but they're quite behind, and don't take the different patterns into account either. Anyway, hope this helps. x_x - Tycho 05:18, 6 December 2006 (PST)
