It's from when Lord Helmet tricks Princess Vespa into coming out of Yogurt's hideout by mimicking Vespa's father. When Vespa comes up to who she thinks is her father, he changes back into Lord Helmet who then says, "Haha! Fooled you!" I would've liked to get an image from that particular scene, but I couldn't find one. Something about using a Japanese flag for this just seems..off. I don't know. Um, if anyone has any other ideas for an icon, that'd be nice.
Though, I've a less serious suggestion for one we could use. ;)
