First of all, this article is a mess.  That said, this is an attempt at updating some various bits so we can just copy over the stuff when the update releases.  As no changes were made to TECHNICs on January 28 in Japan (another set of PA tweaks), this is a collection of PSU-wiki's most recent data.  Additional info to add would probably come to mentioning the rod bonus of 20% to attack techniques and mentioning that a bunch of them cause knockback.  --[[User:S-T-H|S-T-H]] 03:48, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

**** SE = Status Effect. The table is massive as it is, why are we adding pictures? Also, other than frag-exchange PAs, all of them are available from 4 locations, do we need icons? Supplemental Update changes

First of all, this article is a mess. That said, this is an attempt at updating some various bits so we can just copy over the stuff when the update releases.
