SEGA of America's relocation is complete!  The Xbox 360 servers are [http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/news_item.php?item=nid46 back online] as off approximately 1:30a.m., July 16.  There is a minor hardware issue which is causing Universes 13 and 14 to remain down, but the problem is being looked into and will be fixed as soon as possible.
