The red Polties you encounter during the Winter Mission Carnival are specifically designed to level your Photon Arts on. They have different stats then regular polties. For example, their EVP is lower and the experience gained from them higher.

Abilities

• When their HP is low, Polties can cast Deband on themselves and those around them to increase their defense.
• Fire Polties can cast Foie.
