Casting speed is the speed at which you cast, or use a spell/technique. Each spell will have it's speed when cast, depending on its level but also from the spell itself (a foie will be cast faster than a gifoie). Casting speed can be altered by equipment.

  • What Technique is being cast
  • Whether a Wand or a Rod is being used (the former being quicker)
  • The current level of the Technique in question
  • Whether Head Units that influence one's Casting Speed are being used
