Drop information...Boss Boxes and Mother Brain

On the Drop information table, I had De Ragan, Dulk Fakis and Mother Brain with "Source type= Boss box" because the drops from the bosses are in boss boxes ^^;
Mother Brain I had it as "Mother Brain (enemy)" so it would link to the enemy page, instead of linking to the Story Character page. - Ezodagrom 05:06, 10 August 2008 (CDT)

• For the boss drops, boss box is just understood since it's the only way that items can drop from a boss. Really, the main reason we have boss box as an option in the template is for missions without major bosses; something like Sleeping Warriors where boxes appear after defeating the Stateria in the final room. For Mother Brain, that's part of a change I'm planning on making soon. There was talk a few months back about doing away with her character page since she isn't exactly a major character (only a catalyst in the corruption of the AMF). There was never any objection to the idea, so I figure it's safe to make now. But yeah, that's what I made those changes. :) - EspioKaos 05:52, 10 August 2008 (CDT)
  • I was actually thinking the same thing recently. I don't believe certain things should have a character page until they are in the story as some sort of figure. Mother Brain specifically seems like she should only have a boss page. There isn't even an 'npc' form. Anyway, I've had some considerations for how to better divide up the character pages, but it might not be something I bring up for awhile yet. S-T-H 06:02, 10 August 2008 (CDT)
