I don't remember it becoming an official standard, and I think the term is daft. Secondly, it's not true that 'Card' is only used on JP - check the Bullet License mission. It's the only good reference to the weapon type as a whole except the item descriptions and it uses the term 'Card'. Since the term is used in US PSU, and it's the proper name of the weapon type according to the JP Perfect Bible, I would argue Card is the proper term, and that Throwing Blade is simply the translation of a translation (the point being that the JP item descriptions use kanji to describe the weapon types, presumably カード doesn't mean a lot to them). This has nothing to do with the 'unwritten GRM rule', as 1* GRM weapons are named after the proper term, not the other way round (Rod will be an exception, for obvious reasons). At any rate, if this is an issue a vote should be taken on it, before we reach a decision on what to call them.
