Why is De Ragan so popular in Gurhal?
Why does he have so many weapons and even some armor inspired by him? He's damn near the first boss we have for starting players (well, he was back at initial launch) for PSU and even PSO and to me, doesn't seem to be all that special. It's a regular fire-breathing dragon, what the hell.
