Clear box research

I don't know why, but I've taken a major interest in the clear boxes of this mission. I'd like to conduct a little research to confirm patterns of item drops based on weapon category vs. mission difficulty. Items listed in normal-colored cells are confirmed through various reports to drop in this mission. Blue cells represent assumptions and red cells are for unknowns.

• I had been noticing some patterns as far as clear boxes go. It would be really great if we could get them down. I'm sure this will be something very interesting to pour some time into. It reminds me of when Tycho setup a site to get the rebalanced drops figured out for PSO Episode 4. Good setup for the bosses chart too. S-T-H 18:38, 5 November 2008 (CST)
  • I only wish all clear and boss boxes had patterns as easily predictable as this one.  :lol: I'd actually like to set up charts like this for each mission to help confirm drops. I might do more later, just sticking them on the mission's respective talk page. And if I get a chance tonight, I'd like to do some more Bladed Legacy. I've been trying to get the Gohmas to drop their weapon/board, but I haven't had a bit of luck. (And I have a feeling the Magga Bar reported from the Methna at the JP wiki might be a mistake. It may belong to the Dilla... or maybe not. Hopefully I can find out soon.) Anyway, if I do, I'll likely be able to confirm more clear box drops in the process. - EspioKaos 21:13, 5 November 2008 (CST)
    • That is very odd. I haven't really checked recently, but do you know of any other enemies missing data like this? Maybe there is an issue (I doubt they wouldn't drop anything at all). S-T-H 21:22, 5 November 2008 (CST)
      • Nothing comes to mind immediately. In the case of these guys, it has crossed my mind that their low-level drops could be screwed up, but I keep telling myself that they just have abysmal drop rates. XD - EspioKaos 22:37, 5 November 2008 (CST)
