• This wand can be obtained by exchanging the following items at Special Exchange 2nd:

  • A-Photon Reactor x1
• Required in the exchange for the following weapons at Special Exchange 2nd:
  • Rykros Scepter
• This weapon is account-bound, and therefore cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
• This weapon originally appeared in Phantasy Star Portable 2.
