- If one weapon is equipped, restores its maximum PP.
- As of update 66, this item will restore two simultaneously equipped single-handed weapons to maximum capacity.
- Available for 500 meseta at NPC shops.
- Item max: 10.
- Strike +8, TECH +2 when fed to a PM
