-One of the four Phantasy Star Universe player-races.  Casts are androids, although most people would consider them robots as they have no organic components.  Casts are unique in that they are able to use [[SUV Weapons]].
-Casts have the best accuracy of all the races, and are therefore great [[Ranger]]s. Their weakness is their mental strength, which is the lowest of all the races. They can cast [[techniques]] if they switch their class to [[Force]], however.
-Casts, unlike the other races, have no 'home' planet.
