A pair of daggers made by a Parum toy company. They make cute chirping noises but can still do damage. Parental supervision is strongly recommended.
Item details
- Named after and based on Al Rappy, a rare enemy from Phantasy Star Online.
- Al Tippies cannot be sold in player shops or dropped. This is a bug.
- Has a Casino equivalent; Al Tippies/C that can be traded for 20 Silver Vol Coins.
