- This item is account-bound, so it cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
- Photon Crystals are required for all transactions at Photon Crystal Exchange.
- Can be obtained by compressing Photon Drops at Photon Crystal Exchange or by clearing Legacy of the Light S.
