- Lvl 31-40: Stun 4
- Lvl 41-50: Stun 5
In AOTI, the Special Effect doesn't exceed Stun 2 from levels 11 through 40.
It should also be noted that Masei-sou's firing rate is slower than normal, and its range is reduced.
