This launcher that shoots Mini Rappies is popular with the ladies for its adorable looks.

Despite being a grenade this weapon fires shots in a straight line as opposed to a parabolic arc.
Given the way it fires it has the ability to hit targets at close range, allowing the bullet to explode as it comes in contact with an object.
Required in the exchange for the following items at Special Exchange 2:
