Perhaps the Conic board was actually in a drop chart update preceding or in addition to the release of this mission. It does mention weapons were added. I know there were probably a few other new weapons in that mission, but I think that's the best idea I can think of for now. It could have been earlier or later too. Does it drop?

- I realized something recently. (Innocent Girl) was released after Parum GBR. Perhaps the Conic board was actually in a drop chart update preceding or in addition to the release of this mission. It does mention weapons were added. I know there were probably a few other new weapons in that mission, but I think that's the best idea I can think of for now.
