- Thanks for the info! I was wondering about that. The last word didn't make sense when I took it apart, since it would literally mean "multiple cloths." Unless there's another meaning of nuno that I don't know and isn't listed in my dictionary. <_< Anyway, I'm with Mewn's suggestion. - Could be, I guess. Just for kicks, I Googled 布達, but all I really came up with were Chinese sites. So, I decided to run the word through a Chinese to English translator, and it came up with "proclamation." With that in mind, "briefing" would make more sense. - EspioKaos 20:12, 8 August 2008 (CDT)
