Concerning the hit / evade rate formula
- I saw this one in comments (and I'm sure at one point a page) months ago on PSU-wiki: That the evade rate was decided by "Defender's EVP / 10x Attacker's ATA". I'm not sure what that means (presumably a regular probability where <0 is impossible and >1 is certain), but I didn't mention it here since I hadn't been able to find it again, assuming it had been removed through not being correct. That said, I've caught wind now that some on our server have been using it, finding it to be "very accurate". Any thoughts on this? - Miraglyth 12:02, 18 November 2007 (CST)
