The Enemy collector is an NPC in Dairon City, located in the sewers accessible after beating three story missions. He can create special weapons from enemy parts obtained as drops, for a fee. This fee depends on the rarity of the enemy part. The resulting weapon will come with random photon attributes, but usually have fixed elements.
