Upgraded from Incap. Enchant, this customization adds incapacitate LV1 (with a higher infliction rate) to any striking or ranged weapons which do not have an inherent status effect.
In the case of ranged weapons, this customization works only if no bullet is linked or if the linked bullet has no status effect.
