Curtz collapses.

• Curtz: Gi...
• Tonnio: *Phew* He stopped...
• Mina (shouts): Leo! Tonnio! What's going on!?
• Mina: I thought we were done for! Right, [Player]?

[What's an A-Photon wave?]	[How do we stop it?]	[Ask nothing.]
Lou: The control signal being emitted by the Brain to the soldiers is being amplified by A-Photons. Maya: In our research, we tried to find a way to block those A-Photon waves... Leo: Can it be done? Maya: We found that it could if we applied a special coating on the bio chip of each and every soldier. But that's not a feasible solution, obviously.	Maya: It would be ideal if we could jam the A-Photon wave throughout the entire Gurhal System... But that would be rather difficult, considering the present state of the GUARDIANS.	Laia: So that's why you guys will have to infiltrate the control facility. We can't wake Captain Curtz until that signal is stopped.

Lou: I request that you accompany us, Maya. After Professor Tomrain, you are the authority on A-Photon research as well as the SEED virus. I expect we will need your expertise on this mission. Also, we have detected life signs from the missing Hyuga in the facility we will infiltrate.

Lou, Tonnio, and Leo leave.

Howzer: Heh... My plan can't possibly end here. There is still much I need to do.	Howzer: Ah, yes... That sounds like something Ethan Waber... or Laia Martinez would say. I don't much care for it. Howzer (shouts): [Player]... You've proved to be quite a thorn in our side. But that ends now, with your death. And your friends here, as well.

• Howzer (shouts): Well, Hyuga! It's your turn!
• Hyuga: G... Ga...

[Can you save him?]	[What about Howzer?]
Maya: I don't know yet. It depends on how much life he has left in him. But according to my previous examination, in addition to the SEED-Virus, there were other things done to him that reinforce his metabolism and ability to recover from injuries.
