Status effects

  • Thanks for updating the info for the three new weapons 360 got today! I've got a few questions, though. First, how did you determine that the Soul Eater has incapacitate? It should be damage reflect (where you take a percentage of damage based on how much damage you inflict on an enemy). And for Rocket Punchers, how did you determine burn's level? When tested on an enemy, it can be determined by how much damage is done by each tick of the burn effect (as long as you know the enemy's full HP). Only reason I ask is because all other stats match the JP versions of these weapons, so I'd think the effects would, too. - EspioKaos 09:40, 11 November 2011 (EST)
  • Well, for the Soul Eater, I could have sworn it incapacited one or two of the creatures, but I may be wrong! I just put it there for maybe people might test it for themselves. For the burn effect... I may have guessed, I didn't check the JP versions level, so I'm sorry about that, if all the stats are the same, then I suppose that would be too, appologies. • No worries! Do me a favor when you get a chance and burn an enemy with the Rocket Punchers. Let me know what enemy it is and how much damage it did per tick and we'll get the effect level figured out. - EspioKaos 09:56, 11 November 2011 (EST)
      • Okay no problem, I'll be on PSU a bit later from now. Reika Kitsune 09:57, 11 November 2011 (EST)
        • Right, well, I just tested it there against some Booma (They were level 80, not sure if you need this information) and the burn did 316 damage to them. Hope this is helpful! Reika Kitsune 11:51, 11 November 2011 (EST)
          • Perfect; thanks! That confirms it as burn LV2. A LV80 Booma has 10,552 HP, and burn LV2 does 3% damage to that, which comes out to 316.56. (Normally, I'd round that up to 317, but the game always rounds down, so just 316.) Thanks again! - EspioKaos 12:38, 11 November 2011 (EST)
            • Okay! No problem, I'm glad to be of some help. Reika Kitsune 12:41, 11 November 2011 (EST)
