*Hi there. I tried to edit this earlier, but the server was under maintenance. I am absolutely positive it dropped on Stolen Weapons S either as an FM or a PT. However I'm not sure which one it was, because I forgot who was leader. I have a Magana Slayer 8% dark on my cast, and I think its an EXTREMELY rare drop from Stolen Weapons S boss boxes. -[[User:DrApe1|DrApe1]] 30 March 2009

**I see.  I had a similar problem with the [[PSP:Twin Distortion|Twin Distortion]] (see it's [[PSP talk:Twin Distortion|talk page]] for details): I am positive that it drops but cannot recall exactly the details of the drop.  My recommendation until the exact drop for [[PSP:Magana Slayer|Magana Slayer]] can be confirmed would be to put the details of how you think it dropped on to it's [[PSP talk:Magana Slayer|talk page]] for the time being, much like I did for the Twin Distortion.  That way all of us editors can work on trying to confirm it, but casual visitors won't be given "false hope" as it were of an unsure drop.<br>Also, a friendly reminder to please put <nowiki>~~~~</nowiki> at the end of your posts on talk pages to add your signature, that way everyone knows who is talking.  It was pretty obvious in this case, but it's a good practice moving forward.  I added it for you on your previous post here this time.  =)<br>I'll be sure to keep an eye out on [[PSP:Stolen Weapon|Stolen Weapon]] S when I switch back over to the melee classes to see if I can help confirm the drop, working on some Masterforce drops ATM. ***Okay thanks a lot. I'm just trying to help fill in the blanks with what I've found out. Also, on the note of Twin Distortion. I'm absolutely positive it drops on Moonlight Beasts S as an AM/PT drop. ^^ [[User:DrApe1|DrApe1]] 21:30, 30 March 2009 (CDT)

Regarding your edit to Magana Slayer's drop info

Recently you editting this weapon to add the following drop:

Drop information
Source Level Ver. Battle type
Magas Maggahna S Phantasy Star Portable  ???

Just want to ask you about it. The Magana Slayer is the reward for the title for killing every enemy in the game, and I personally find it hard to believe that it is also a boss drop. Are you sure you aren't mistaken for another item? Such as the Magana Revolta or the Arb Magana?
Either way just a note, the Level parameter should be filled with a monster level, not a mission rank. In this case in particular it is confusing, as Magas Maggahna's drops are from its 60-79 range for S rank Desert Goliath and 80-99 for S rank Stolen Weapon, and moreso without the battle type provided makes this very difficult to be a helpful entry. Please reply here or post on my talk page about this as soon as you can. Grimnoir 23:08, 29 March 2009 (CDT)

  • Hi there. I tried to edit this earlier, but the server was under maintenance. I am absolutely positive it dropped on Stolen Weapons S either as an FM or a PT. However I'm not sure which one it was, because I forgot who was leader. • I see. I had a similar problem with the Twin Distortion (see it's talk page for details): I am positive that it drops but cannot recall exactly the details of the drop. My recommendation until the exact drop for Magana Slayer can be confirmed would be to put the details of how you think it dropped on to it's talk page for the time being, much like I did for the Twin Distortion. That way all of us editors can work on trying to confirm it, but casual visitors won't be given "false hope" as it were of an unsure drop.
Also, a friendly reminder to please put ~~~~ at the end of your posts on talk pages to add your signature, that way everyone knows who is talking. It was pretty obvious in this case, but it's a good practice moving forward. I added it for you on your previous post here this time. =)
I'll be sure to keep an eye out on Stolen Weapon S when I switch back over to the melee classes to see if I can help confirm the drop, working on some Masterforce drops ATM. Grimnoir 21:20, 30 March 2009 (CDT)

And thanks for the tip on Twin Distortion. Now that you mention it I do recall getting it at the same time as my Chainsawd, all these dragon bosses my memory must have mixed them up. I'll do some Zoal Goug runs after I finish getting Lv 10 Masterforce to re-confirm it. Grimnoir 22:08, 30 March 2009 (CDT)
