This major update for PSU will be one of the biggest.  With this update you will be able the have more cloths, room options, character options, and more... Anyone that has not yet purchased the expansion "Ambition of Illuminus" will have to purchase this to have the ability to play online with other players. If you do not have the expansion you can still play the campaign but you will have no contact with other players through PSU.

According to the official PSU website the update is scheduled for June 21, 2010. I will be keeping an eye on this to give you the most up to date time for this update for PSU.
