Manual of style

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our manual of style. We spent quite a lot of time setting it up to help keep a uniform appearance to the articles created on the site, and would appreciate it if all contributors followed the guidelines set forth by it. You may have noticed me rolling back articles you've recently edited. The reason for this is because your edits (in particular, capitalization of words that don't require it) go against the style established for the site.   • Just as human isn't a proper noun in English, newman and beast follow the same rule. CAST is the only exception, and that's merely because SonicTeam decided that it should be in all caps like TECHNICs and a few other names. - EspioKaos 21:34, 2 January 2008 (CST)

  • Ultimately, the phrase network mode will be removed from articles like that as it is simply assumed since most everyone who visits the site comes here for information on items in network mode. Articles that deal with things from offline mode will have offline included in them somewhere. There still are a number of small things that need cleaning all around the site, such as those sections.
