Reworked Rare Spawn Article Prototype

KEY:

  • "+" denotes monsters which respawn as the initial monsters are dispatched.
  • "then" denotes a spawn which occurs only after the initial spawn is eliminated.
    • In most cases, the difference is trivial.
  • Anything listed in italics still needs to be confirmed.
