Necessity of this one?
I understand the idea behind using this template, but it's kind of fallen out of use lately. And really, I've been questioning the necessity of it since the idea behind events is pretty well understood (them being temporary and all) and also because we would do just as well noting the event start and end dates in each article. (I was going to say we do that already, but it seems some are missing. I'll be fixing that shortly, along with some other omissions.) Oh, and it's fairly easy to not notice up there. We could fix that, perhaps by making it match the style of the other banners, but do we want to go that route or should we put it out of use officially? - EspioKaos 22:59, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
