Template usage
- Use this template in conjunction with the "special effect" parameters of Template:Unit stats for units which downgrade effects such as PP usage, TECHNIC speed, etc. In-game, a downgraded effect is identified by a blue down arrow next to the effect name on the second tab of a unit's information.
