I don't think "Can be obtained by clearing Protectors μ S3 by killing only the boss." is the accurate way to obtain this. We've been running it Lutus-only for a few hours on S3 and nobody got the wings. One of us then solo'd it (yes, it's possible) and got it, but we can't confirm if that's the way to obtain it, because nobody else can do it at the moment.
