a more annoying version of the SEED-Vance, the SEED-Vitace is fairly powerful. It can cast a powerful Foie Projectile three times, as well as swing its tentacles from underground more rapidly. It also burrows and re-appears elsewhere. When fighting a SEED-Vance, something like Rising Strike would be considered to knock it down. This monster, however, will not be knocked down.
