Release

Currently, the official release dates given by Sega are:

Japan - 2006
North America - Fall 2006
Europe - Summer 2006

These dates apply only to the PC (Windows) and PS2 versions of the game. Takao Miyoshi stated, "I've heard Fall of this year for the Xbox 360 release [for North America]" according to a PSOW interview with the producer himself. Takao Miyoshi also stated the release dates for NA and Japan will be "very different". The updates are expected to be on par between the NA and JAP version even if they come out months apart from each other.

It should also be noted that these dates are subject to (and are likely to) change, as the Japanese version has been delayed numerous times. It remains possible that PSU will see a Fall release in North America, however the Summer 2006 date given for Europe is almost certainly outdated and/or erroneous.
