Valentine's Day version of the Rappy. This enemy only appears during the Valentine's Day Event.
The general theme of the Rappy Amure appears to be "to show as many hearts as possible".
Known drops of the Rappy Amure include the Rappy Feather typical to all breeds of rappy, and the BT Lovers room decoration that is part of the event. On the EN versions, the special synthesis material Love Letter was discovered from S Difficulty Unsafe Passage and Fight For Food, and the JP wiki here (Google translation link) stated that [B] Kohibumiteri (a board for a heart-themed 10* bow) could be found from level 80+ rappies. Assuming this to be true, then the only missions in the English versions that could have spawned 80+ rappies during the Valentine's Day Event were The Mad Beasts and The Dual Sentinel, neither of which had documented rare spawns at the time.
