A few days before I began visiting PSUpedia I got this item as a drop in the U.S. version. Unfortunately, I am not 100% sure I remember where exactly from. I want to think I remember it as a drop from [[PSP:De Ragan|De Ragan]] level 80-99. It was under either HU/FM or AM/PT, was playing with my buddy and don't remember who was hosting. It is very likely that this drop comes from [[PSP:Zoal Goug|Zoal Goug]] in [[PSP:Moonlight Beast|Moonlight Beast]] S. Another user says the drop is AM/PT, so it may very well be that the AM/PT was the host of that game. Soon as I (or anyone else) re-confirms this it can be added into the drop table. Drop Confirmation?

It is very likely that this drop comes from Zoal Goug in Moonlight Beast S. Another user says the drop is AM/PT, so it may very well be that the AM/PT was the host of that game.
