- This unit currently is available only on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers.
- A future update will add this item to the inventory of RSD Trading Station where it can be obtained for 1000 AMP.
- Reduces the PP cost of all TECHNICS to 90%.
- TECHNIC casting time decreased to 50% of normal.
- When used with the line shield (Shijin), this unit grants a set bonus of ATP +150 and TP +150.
