- This decoration currently is available only on the Japanese PC/PS2 servers.
- This decoration was given out as an honorable mention prize to any Casino de Fever! and Casino de Fever! Halloween Carnival participant who hit at least one Gappo Gappo.
- The Japanese name of this item is ハッピーロウク (happi rouku). This can be translated literally as "happy work," however a more liberal translation would be "good work."
