The 4th Anniversary Thanks Festa is an upcoming event for the Japanese PC/PS2 servers which is being held to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the release of Phantasy Star Universe. The event is scheduled to begin on September 16, 2010, and will run through October 21, 2010. A localized release for the Xbox 360 version has not been announced yet.
