Reset notice 2

Once again, I have reset my talk page, and will be writing a guide on playing various classes dubbed "inferior" in Ambition of the Illuminus. Note that I play on the ENG Xbox 360 Servers, so those on the JP PC Servers, I doubt that my articles will be of much use to you...--NighTFanG MeDkiT 07:09, 3 June 2012 (EDT)

Oddball Class Guides

Well, I'm not saying anything negative about these classes (in fact, most of my characters use them), in fact, the only reason I say "Oddball" is because of the common misconception that the Master classes dominate them to an extreme degree. In fact, I've dealt with idiots who say that the masters are the ONLY classes worth playing. I'll have the guides up as soon as I possibly can! I might not be a high level, but I DEFINITELY know what I'm talking about! The classes I intend on doing guides on are: Fighgunner, Guntecher, Wartecher, Fortefighter, Fortegunner, Fortetecher, Acrofighter, Acrotecher, ands Protranser. I will also do you all the favor of adding links to those pages below...--NighTFanG MeDkiT 07:33, 3 June 2012 (EDT)

Night Fang Order

I know I'm not technically supposed to stress clans a lot on here, but I would assume that I can put in a few words about my clan.

  • First of all, I want to say that this is not me trying to recruit for NFO, in fact, it has quite a bit of relevance with my class guides.
  • In NFO, I established a set of subclass titles that somewhat sum up the variable roles that players can assume. This is helpful when a squad leader is selecting his or her team members, as all players (bar Gunmaster for the most part) have a different role that separates them from others, even those of the same class and race! I'll explain them here, as I use them in my class guides...

Subclasses as seen by NFO

  • Warrior: Wields a balance of heavy and light melee weapons, and is capable of surviving moderate damage, and dishing it out as well.
  • Knight: A powerful warrior that wields larger melee weapons, like Zweihanders and Axes. Slow moving, but hard-hitting, they also are quite durable.
  • Tank: The defining force of the term "Pain in the Butt", Tanks OMA larger enemies, draw virtually all attention to themselves, and start a wild goose chase. They aren't a pushover though; a tank is by no means easy to kill in any way.
  • Assassin: A master of speed, the Assassins don't hit high per hit, but are unmatched in DPS. They don't aggravate creatures much, but pay for their anonymity with low durability.
  • Duelist: A special fighter focused on daggers, sabres, and pistols. A dodgy style that can protect Shamans with unparalleled efficiency.
  • Elite: A lightish style focusing on lighter firearms, lighter melee weapons, and the combination of Double Blades and Brass Knuckles as a staple. They possess a more mobile role, but can keep pressure off a dying Tank.
  • Warlock: A destructive combo of Melee, and Protective Spellcasting. This style varies heavily, and is only usable by Wartechers.
  • Sage: A more support-oriented Warlock, they freely switch from healing and buffing, to attacking. This style varies heavily, and is usable by many classes.
  • Archmage: A lethal purebred etcher, Archmages can dish out the most damage, and take the least. Playable only by Masterforces.

Sorry, I'll finish this page when I am reconnected to the internet...--NighTFanG MeDkiT 10:49, 3 June 2012 (EDT)
