Foie

Foie is a fire elemental TECHNIC. It is a fireball projectile that is launched directly in front of the caster in a line. As it increases in power, the fireball becomes larger, allowing it to tag monsters easily. It is a single target spell - it will only affect the first monster hit.
All Newman characters are created with Foie already learned. It can also be purchased at any weapon shop for 500 meseta.
