Twin Penetration

In addition to the twin handgun's naturally low attack power, this photon art adds other fairly substantial detriments in the way of decreased attack power, accuracy and an embarrassingly low range of 60% that of normal. Because of this, it is suggested that players who do not have a hefty surplus of PA Fragments and an undying love for twin handguns do not purchase this photon art.

Although Twin Penetration really isn't worth the 90 PA Fragments it runs for, (Chikki Kyoren-jin gets the job done a lot better) there are a few situations in which it comes in handy:

-Assisting lower level players in low level missions; it can hit all the enemies numerous times without killing them, alowing the other players to gain xp dealing the final blows.

-Supporting tanks that use knockback attacks; since you can move while firing with twin handuns, this makes for a good replacement for the Chikki user when you want to hit multiple targets without worrying about damage dealing.

-Box-cutter.
