- Currently available only on the Japanese PC servers.
- The Japanese name of this item is PSU DISC 65.
- This item is account-bound, so it cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
- Can be obtained by earning the following titles:
- "Miraculous Doctor" (revive an incapacitated ally 400 times)
- "Voice of a Spirit" (chat 750,000 times)
- Adds "Striker" to your jukebox.
- Listen to an audio sample.
