A slot, found on melee boards, for any type of photon. Using photons designed for ranged (Im-photon) or TECHNIC (El-photon) changes the final product to that of a lower grade and/or reduces the success rate by a significant percentage.

All melee weapon boards accept elemental photons. This reduces the success rate by a small percentage and changes the final product's element.

Examples:

[B] Calaud (5★ Sword):
  • 5 x Photon for Calaud (no element)(?% with 100 strike PM)
  • 5 x Megi-photon for Calaud (10% - 50% dark) (?% with 100 strike PM)
