Offline data
Hello, we appreciate your help but currently the weapons page are only for the online version of the game. Do not put offline data in a page that lack the "(offline)" word in the title. If you want you can submit them on the forums and I'll put them in the offline pages as soon as I get them completed (I'm currently working on it). Thank you. Essen 16:20, 14 June 2008 (CDT)

-Ok. I'm still pretty new at editing any wiki data.
- Since you're new and you don't know much-- To sign your name on a talk page, simply type four tildes. --Amaury 16:50, 14 June 2008 (CDT)
- It's OK don't worry about it. But right now I rather have stuff submitted on forums if it can't fit in the current pages, as I'm currently moving what is ready to new pages. And if Amaury sounds rude sometimes don't worry about him either. ^^ Essen 16:59, 14 June 2008 (CDT)
-I've been busying myself updating the old data I find missing. I only play offline so if there already is a clickable offline section for the items, I will edit/update that if need be. If not, I leave it alone. I wouldn't mind helping make the pages for offline items. But I don't even know how to make a page. When I try to edit my own user page, my comp proceeds to download some file called index which I can't do anything with. Any clues as to what I need to know and how to submit anything on the forum?? - What exactly do you mean by "downloads a file called index"? - Amaury 21:24, 15 June 2008 (CDT)
- It's exactly as I said. I click "edit" and it downloads some file called "index". This happens whenever I click a click to (for example) an item whose page isn't created yet.DawgPilez 00:54, 16 June 2008 (CDT)
- Well, there's no mention of it happening with other users, so you must have a bad internet connection or something. - Amaury 01:13, 16 June 2008 (CDT)
- Amaury: I'd be happy if you didn't try to help users when you have no idea what you're talking about.
- Tlbww: What browser do you use? Also, yes just update these pages like you do now, I'll use that to make the base pages for aoti that you'll be able to use better. Am I correct in thinking you play aoti? Essen 03:17, 16 June 2008 (CDT)
- I use firefox and internet explorer and have great internet connection. I do play AotI and have both games (though if you play offline there is no point in continuing to play ep1). Thanks for the help Essen. I guess if I visit a page that doesn't have a base page (links that are in red) it always downloads some index file only readable through wordpad.
Was the plan to make a different section for offline only stuff? It would make sense since many of the offline items are available online with different stats. DawgPilez 11:20, 16 June 2008 (CDT)
- Yes I'm currently working on the new section for the original game. We'll do a section for AOTI too, and a general section. I have a post about it on the forums. The work on the first game is almost completed but as you can see on this page, we don't have a lot of AOTI data yet. Also what's in my sandbox still needs improvement, that I do while I move them in the section. We do not plan to make an individual page for every item though, just tables with everything, for the first game at least. We kinda lack the manpower needed. Also both games are separated since stats are different between games (like armors having 0 ment. in original PSU). Essen 11:47, 16 June 2008 (CDT)
