Description
Damage is the white number that is displayed when you attack an opponent, or the red number that is displayed when your opponent attacks you.
Ways to do damage
- You can do damage with weapons and linked photon arts.
- There is a complex formula that determines for how much damage you (can) hit your opponent. That formula can be found here.
Ways to get damage
- You can get damage by a monster that attacks you (with it's claws, mouth, etc...)
- The formula for this can be found here.
Ways to increase damage
- If you want to increase your damage you can upgrade your weapons, buy units, etc.
- Another way to deal more damage is to level up your general level or your skill type level.
- Buffs can also be used to increase damage (more specificly, temporarily increase TP and/or ATP.
- Critical hits will also increase your damage for one hit (or hit sequence).
Ways to decrease damage
- If you want to obtain less damage from monsters you can buy better line shields, units, etc.
- Another way to recieve less damage is to level up your general level or your skill type level.
- Buffs can also be used to decrease the damage taken.
- Certain Nanoblasts can also decrease or completely ignore damage. This is only for a short period of time however.
