A light-based TECHNIC. Converts the HP into an attack based on length of button input and PP.
TECHNIC details
- Disk obtained...?
- Attacks (up to a certain time limit) as long as the button is held down and the weapon has PP to spare.
- Attacks in an area of effect centering on the user.
- Takes HP from the user whenever the attack hits an enemy.
- Damage to the user is 12% of the damage done to the enemy (rounded down).
