Needless to say, I was having trouble getting an S rank on anything but the C mission until I went through and summarized. Saved me a lot of time. Suggestions? Drops

Mushrooms
How to find all 90 Kv of mushrooms: In block 3, in the room with the first Kagajibari, there is a semi hidden passage, towards the back of the room, and left. There is a 3Kv mushroom that I kept missing. You may skip enemies when possible.
